The images of the "sample" masks for sale on this website may not be identical to the actual product manufactured and received by the buyer. Do to the nature of some fabric designs / patterns; changing lighting conditions during the photographing of these "sample" masks; and differences between digital colors versus real world colors, the actual look of the real mask may vary form the sample masks displayed on this website.
Our policy lasts 60 days for the time your order was shipped. If 60 days have gone by since this date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact us by email at email@example.com within 60 days from the shipping date to qualify for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Any item not in it’s original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned without prior notice
The following goods are exempt from being returned.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, please check your credit card, debit card, or Paypal account again.
If you’ have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check our records.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange items within 60 days from the original shipping date as long as they are not damaged when we receive them. We are not responsible for damages caused from shipping. Before you send your items back to us for an exchange, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com providing us the reason for the exchange and the product description of the items you to receive as part of the exchange (if not the same). An additional payment transaction will be need to be made to cover the shipping costs to complete the exchange and any item cost adjustments.Please ship the items for exchange to: 52 Church Street, Schomberg, Ontario Canada L0G1T0.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for completing the exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned purchased items.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us suchas your name, address and email address.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
SECTION 7 - COOKIES
Here is a list of cookies that we use. We have listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional. Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held. Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit. Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day. Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
_cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks. Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite. If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
